Q2. Which printer series is it intended for?
A. It is listed for compatible HP DesignJet T1700 applications.

Q3. Which colours are indicated in the listing?
A. Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Photo Black, Matte Black and Grey.

Q4. Does the product include a complete ink cartridge?
A. No, this listing refers to the cartridge chip.

Q5. What is the warranty period?
A. The product comes with a 3-month warranty.

Q. Why should I buy from Zupplly Office instead of a cheaper marketplace listing?

A. The difference isn't only the product price. With ZUPPLLY  Office, you also get a structured post-purchase support experience, including digital warranty records, warranty-claim assistance and, for eligible claims, pickup/return coordination. This can reduce the time, travel and follow-up involved in handling a warranty issue yourself.

Q. Will I have to visit the brand's service center?

A. For eligible warranty claims, our support team helps coordinate the process with the relevant brand/service partner. Where pickup-and-return service is available, we arrange the logistics so you don't have to manage the service-center visit yourself.

Q. What exactly does “Zero-Center” mean?

A. It means our goal is to make eligible warranty claims service-center hassle-free for you. We help coordinate the claim, pickup and return where applicable. It does not mean that every product, location or warranty situation is exempt from the brand's service requirements.

Q. Is Zero-Center assistance available for every product?

A. Availability depends on the product, warranty coverage, location and applicable service terms. The specific eligibility will be communicated with your order/warranty information.
