At Zupplly, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent products. We understand that sometimes plans change or issues arise. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.

 Returns (Products)

Since Zupplly primarily provides product-based solutions, returns apply only to physical parts or products supplied by us.

Eligible for Return/Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted if:

• The part delivered is defective
• Wrong item was supplied
• Item is damaged at arrival 

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Damage is caused by misuse, water, or physical impact
• The product has been altered or handled by third parties
• Video Proof was not uploaded

 Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• Order cancelled before dispatch
• Order not delivered due to our operational issues
• Parts unavailable after payment
• Duplicate or excess payment

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Returned via original payment method
• Processing time may vary by bank or payment gateway

 No-Show Policy

If the customer:

• Is unavailable at the location
• Provides incorrect address/contact details
• Fails to respond during scheduled time

 Quality Assurance

If you are unsatisfied with the product:

• Inform us within 24 hours
• We will arrange replacement or corrective product whenever possible
