A. The difference isn't only the product price. This can reduce the time, travel and follow-up involved in handling a warranty issue yourself.

Q. What exactly does “Zero-Center” mean?

A. It means our goal is to make eligible warranty claims service-center hassle-free for you. We help coordinate the claim, pickup and return where applicable. It does not mean that every product, location or warranty situation is exempt from the brand's service requirements.
